David Allen began working in the bartending industry at the House of Blues Music Hall in North Myrtle Beach, and met his wife at a concert she attended there. This eventually led David here to Lake Norman where she lived! In 2012 he began bartending at Mickey and Mooch, which gave him the experience to perfect his knowledge of wine specialty drinks – which he continues to share with friends and guests at 131 Main and North Harbor Club. David is pursuing a restaurant ownership opportunity in the Lake Norman area and is excited to share these plans with everyone in the near future!
