Lisa Kreider is a stay at home mom of 3 wild boys. She has a degree in math and worked as a statistician, so logically she opened a bakery. She makes special order cookies. She and her husband love spending weekends on the lake or in the mountains.
Q: Please tell us a little bit about your family.
My husband Josh, is a UPS driver. And I have three sons: Spencer-12, Dillon-7, and Lucas-3.
Q: Please tell us about your current, past, or future career. What do you love most about what you do?
I worked as a statistician. Then on a whim decided to make some cookies. Turns out I have a knack for it. So now I own a home based (state inspected and licensed) bakery specializing in custom cookies!

My whole life! I’m a rare Huntersville original.
Q: If you could travel anywhere in the world right now, where would it be?*
Greece!
Q: What advice would you give to people?
Just be nice.
Q: What is something on your bucket list?
To snorkel somewhere tropical.
Q: Do you have any pets? Tell us about them!
About 40 cows and a mini donkey.
Q: If someone was visiting Lake Norman for the first time, what’s one thing you would tell them they HAVE to do here on their trip?
You’d think I’d have an answer for this seeing as I’ve lived here my whole life.
Q: What is something interesting that most people don’t know about you?*
I live on my families 200 year old dairy farm. I literally have cows in my backyard.
Q: What is your favorite pizza topping?
Banana peppers.
Q: Who inspires you to be better?
My little sister, Valerie. At the age of 33, she functions at about the age of a 4 year old. She’s happy and loves everyone. She has taught me patience and to be appreciative. Everyone could learn something from her heart.
Q: Finally, what would be your #1 “wish list” feature for your dream house?
A butler’s pantry! I need ALL the baking space!
